How do I delete my account?
In the app, go to Profile, then Delete account. This also deletes your face pattern from the selfie check.
How does the Bureau work?
You have one voice call with our AI Bureau when you sign up. Every Tuesday and Friday at 9am it may introduce you to one person. You have 24 hours to say yes or no. If you both say yes, you each pay £8.99 within 24 hours and your chat opens. Saying no costs nothing.
What if I pay and the other person doesn't?
The chat doesn't open, and you get a credit. It is used automatically the next time you both say yes, so you don't pay twice.
How do refunds work?
Payments go through Apple, so refunds can only come from Apple. Request one at reportaproblem.apple.com.
How much is Premium?
Premium is free for 3 months from the day you pass the selfie check, or 6 months if 3 people you invite join. After that it is £14.99 a month through Apple. Cancel any time in your Apple account settings.
My selfie check says I already have an account.
Each person can have one account. If you think this is a mistake, email support@raabtabureau.com and we will look into it.

Tap Report on their profile or chat. Our team reviews every report.
